Refund policy
Nordic Glade prides itself on designing premium-quality products built for long-term use. We understand the frustration of purchasing products that fail prematurely. During your product’s lifetime, if it does not function as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product free of charge.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by user misuse
- Accidental damage, dropping, dents, breaks, or bending
- Wear or deterioration from long-term use
- Fading, loss of coating, rust, or discoloration
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
In these cases, parts are not available for replacement and a new product would need to be purchased.
100-DAY SATISFACTION RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Nordic Glade purchase. If you do not love your razor within the first 100 days, we will take it back — no questions asked.
Return Policy Conditions
- The 100-day satisfaction guarantee applies to one razor per customer
- We honor one risk-free return per customer account
- Subsequent return requests outside of warranty are not eligible
Items not eligible for the 100-day return policy and considered final sale:
- Specialty titanium or premium metal variants
- Razor stands
- Blade packs (100-count or 5-count)
- Shave creams or consumables
The Lifetime Warranty still applies to manufacturer defects on all machined goods.
REQUESTING A RETURN

Return requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery to qualify.
PARTIAL OR NO REFUNDS MAY APPLY IF:
- Customer has already used the 100-day return on one razor
- Customer returns items not covered by the 100-day satisfaction policy
- Customer ships a return without contacting customer support
- Returned items are damaged due to misuse
- Items are lost or stolen after delivery
- Items were purchased from third-party retailers or distributors
- Return request is submitted after 100 days
- Damage or corrosion was caused by harsh chemicals or dishwashing
REFUND PROCESS
We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for the product value and applicable taxes if:
- We receive your return request within 100 days of delivery
- The item is sent back in reasonable condition
- The return is properly approved and processed
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again
- Contact your credit card issuer — posting times may vary
- Contact your bank — processing delays are common

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items under warranty.
Exchange processing and delivery times may vary by location.
GIFTS
If you received your product as a gift, we may need the original purchaser’s contact information to issue a refund, store credit, or warranty replacement.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, if the returned item is valued at more than $75, we strongly recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
Nordic Glade is not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments. Refunds will not be issued for returns that do not arrive or arrive damaged.
