1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Nordic Glade ships worldwide using a network of trusted carriers. We reserve the right to select the carrier that provides the best delivery service for your region and order size. We cannot guarantee the assignment of a specific carrier for any shipment.

Delivery carriers may be substituted at any time based on capacity, weather conditions, regional restrictions, service performance, or other operational requirements.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
3. TRACKING & DELIVERY SUPPORT
After your order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, delivery questions should first be directed to the assigned carrier. They have the most accurate, real-time information regarding parcel movement, delivery status, and routing updates.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Nordic Glade is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
If an address change is needed after the order is placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once the package has entered processing or transit.
Incorrect address-related non-deliveries, re-routing, storage fees, or return charges may be billed to the customer.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Nordic Glade is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery
- Delays or operational issues caused by the carrier
- Damage resulting from excessive handling by the carrier
In cases of loss or damage before delivery confirmation, Nordic Glade will assist with a carrier claim when possible.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations, product restrictions, and customs requirements.
Nordic Glade is not responsible for:
- Duties, tariffs, or import taxes
- Quarantine or inspection fees
- Warehousing, storage, or brokerage fees
- Customs office delays, holds, or seizures
- Products refused or confiscated by customs
These charges are not included in your shipping fee and are billed directly by customs or the local delivery agency.
If customs refuses the package and returns it to us in original condition, a refund may be issued minus any shipping, warehousing, or return fees.
No refund will be issued for items confiscated, destroyed, or held indefinitely by customs.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all customs-related outcomes.
7. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS
Nordic Glade will not knowingly ship products to countries requiring special import licenses or prohibited cosmetic classifications.
We cannot be held liable for delays, seizures, or fines arising from attempting to import items that do not comply with local regulations.
8. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
Delivery times are based on standard transit conditions and do not account for customs delays, weather, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Although most packages move quickly, customs clearance can range from:
1–30 days, depending on your country’s processing speed.
Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed.
9. RETURNED PACKAGES
A package may be returned to us for several reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed package
- Recipient unavailable
- Customs refusal
- Local delivery failure
If returned to us, we will contact you with available next steps.
Return shipping costs, re-shipping fees, storage, and customs charges incurred due to the original failed delivery may be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and will instead follow the return policy once received.
